Can I drop my computer off at your location?
No, to ensure I can offer you the most competitive pricing, I operate from my residence and, due to my landlord's policies, cannot accept visitors. Therefore, I offer on-site services, meaning I will come to your location instead of you having to come to mine
What's the charge for diagnosing computer issues?
We don't charge for diagnosing issues. We believe in transparency, and when you ask us to assess your computer, it's an expression of interest in our services. We discuss costs after understanding your needs.
How do I get my computer to you if I can't drop it off?
Schedule an appointment for me to either work on it at your place or pick it up and deliver it once the job is completed.
What are your hours of operation?
